Wilentz Shareholder Willard Shih will co-present at New Jersey Society of CPA’s Business Valuation and Litigation Services Conference to be held at the APA Hotel Woodbridge in Iselin on Tuesday, September 24, 2019 from 8am-4pm.
Mr. Shih, a member of the firm’s Business and Commercial Litigation team, will present on the subject, “Expert Witness Testimony.” The panel will explore the challenges associated with the admissibility of an accounting expert’s testimony, including the concept of an inadmissible “net opinion” which is unique to New Jersey law.
