Natalie Moszczynski is an Associate for the Corporate, Health Law, and Cannabis Law groups at Wilentz, Goldman & Spitzer, P.A., focusing on corporate, transactional, and regulatory matters for physicians and healthcare institutions, and cannabis transactions and licensure.

In 2020, Natalie served as an intern for the Honorable Stephen L. Petrillo in the Civil Division of the Superior Court of New Jersey. She earned her law degree from Rutgers Law School, where she served as managing editor for The Rutgers Law Record.

While in law school, Natalie interned for Wilentz, and two other firms, where she assisted in trial preparation, transactions, legal research, and writing. Natalie graduated from Duke University with a B.A. in 2018.
