Timothy Middleton is an associate on the Public Finance team at Wilentz, Goldman & Spitzer, P.A. Timothy focuses his practice on municipal and school bond law.

Prior to joining Wilentz, Timothy was an international tax associate with KPMG, providing guidance to multinational enterprises on business decisions based on international tax issues and legal and regulatory risks. While attending Georgetown University Law Center, Timothy served as a judicial extern for a national lobbying and law firm; there, he assisted nonprofit organizations with complex tax issues and provided risk assessments to multinational organizations on potential tax liabilities.

Timothy served as a judicial law clerk to The Honorable Owen C. McCarthy of the Superior Court of New Jersey, where he served as a Court appointed civil mediator in the Special Civil Division and provided legal analysis and recommendations on motion rulings.
