Paul Shur to Serve as Moderator at New York Institute of Credit Commercial Finance Association Joint Event

Paul Shur will serve as moderator at the 6th Annual New York Institute of Credit (NYIC) Commercial Finance Association (CFA) Joint Event. The presentation, entitled “Legal Opinions in Financing and Acquisitions: Who Relies on Them?” will address several topics of interest, including lenders' reliance on legal opinions, liability of opinion givers, what due diligence is required by opinion givers, multi-state transactions, Hidden Liens, and Estoppel Letters as an alternative. 

The session has been approved for a maximum of 1.0 credits of Professional Practice in accordance with the requirements of the New York State Continuing Legal Education Board.
